Bill O·Halloran is the Chief Financial Officer of the Boston Lobsters. He was Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Synetics Corporation. In this capacity he was responsible for all aspects of the organization,from Finance and Contracts to Technology. He currently serves on the Board of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Position And Navigation Symposium(PLANS).
