Caleb comes to us with ten years of U.S. Coast Guard experience, eight years in Fortune 500 companies, and most recently having started a family business. He has led rescue operations, international project teams, and manufacturing business units and also had the luck to live throughout the United States, in Hungary, and in Mexico.

During this time, he has earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, a master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University, and certificates in Information Technology Project Management from George Washington University and in Small Business Management from Boston University.

Caleb is married with two children and resides in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts.

You may ask, where's the tennis? Our dirty secret is that Caleb is nearly doubling his learning about the sport every day. His favorite sports are skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and running, although he is quickly gaining a profound appreciation for tennis!
