DAN MCCARRON
Director of Print and Design

Dan's enthusiasm for design and print is only matched by his enthusiasm for the game of tennis and the opportunity to assist the Boston Lobster management team as it brings the very best in tennis to Boston.

With twenty-five years experience in design and printing for Harvard University, Dan began his career at Harvard as Art Director and Production Manager of Harvard Magazine in 1978. He went on to become University Publisher and University Printer and became responsible for the design and print production of many of Harvard's most visible creative projects that were produced for students, faculty, staff, and alumni. His awards for design include the Art Director's Club of Boston, the University and College Design Association, and the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). Dan has also taught design and production classes at Harvard University and at the New England School of Art and Design at Suffolk University in the continuing education programs.

In addition to his career at Harvard, Dan now serves at Vice-President of Educational Graphics for WordTech Corporation where he provides a full range of creative solutions and production processes to business, government, and education.

When not designing and printing, Dan is a dedicated member of the Wakefield Tennis Association B-1 Green Machine which plays out of the Winchester Indoor Lawn Tennis Center as part of the North Shore Tennis League. Dan credits any tennis skill he has to the fine coaching staff of the Tennis Camps at Harvard!
